Preparing for Your First Visit

We suggest that you wear workout casual or loose clothing to your appointment. The necessary new patient forms can be downloaded from our website and brought in with you completed. Please remember to bring your insurance card.

Day One

When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a member of our team and ushered into a comfortable reception area. You’ll be seen promptly at your appointment time. Dr. Clay will go through a comprehensive examination with you and send you to a nearby facility to have X-rays taken. In total, this visit takes 30-45 minutes.

Day Two

Following your thorough evaluation, we’ll have you return for a follow-up where you’ll sit down again with Dr. Clay. He’ll go through a detailed review of his findings, answering all your questions and discussing how we think we can help you. You’ll know exactly what to expect moving forward.

I was most impressed with Dr. Clay’s thoroughness; this was the first time a chiropractor had taken X-rays and reviewed them with me before any adjustments were done. He sat with me and explained in detail his treatment plan, made sure I understood where my issues were and was always open to any questions or concerns I had.
